This album contains;

‘Everything is true’. After a couple of offers of a CD issue fell through, this album had an extremely limited release on cassette, maybe 30 copies in all, back in 1993.

Some of the tracks from the 1991 album ‘Between
intimacy and elsewhere’ which was slightly more widely available, running to maybe 70 copies.

Two previously unreleased tracks; ‘Big ugly metacomet’ and ‘Geek’, a last gasp written after completion of ‘Everything is True’.

All tracks were sequenced with Master Tracks Pro on an Atari 1040STE, triggering an Ensoniq ESQ1, Roland D110 and Yamaha FB01. The basis of the track ‘Everything is true’ was recorded at Andrew Lagowski’s Mission Control studio on a keyboard that I think we were borrowing from Lustmord. I was drunk on cider at the time. It was completed at my home studio, along with the other tracks in their entirety, recorded onto a Tascam Porta 1, then mastered on 1/4 inch reel to reel.

All the versions here are digitised from cassette using Audacity, so please accept any crackles, pops and fluctuations as part of the process and the passing of time.
